Womens Boot Camp (Women Only)

What is it? 
Womens Boot Camp is a womens only, four week weight loss program of fitness instruction and motivation provided by Certified American Council of Exercise (ACE) personal trainer and NESTA Adventure Fitness instructor, Anthony (Tony) Allen, or other qualified instructors.

Where is it?
Most sessions will be held at the Regency Sport & Health Club, 1800 Old Meadow Rd, McLean, Virginia, however at times sessions could be held at a local park, nearby school, parking lot, etc. Advanced notice will be given. Remember, we meet early, so traffic is VERY light…no excuses!

How often will we meet? 
Participants who register for morning camp will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday for one hour during the four week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Available start times are 6:00 am, and 7:15 am.

What does it cost? 
Each four week boot camp has a registration fee of $199. That's twenty hours of instruction - which averages out to just $16.58 per hour. This is a great chance to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the typical cost.

 

Evening Outdoor Boot Camp (Co-Ed)

What is it? 
Evening Outdoor Boot Camp is a co-ed, three week conditioning program that includes cardiovascular, speed, endurance, and strength training. It will keep you motivated with his creativity, variety, and progressive , innovative exercises. And yes, it will be challenging!

Where is it?
Sessions will be held at the Regency Sport & Health Club, 1800 Old Meadow Rd, McLean, Virginia.

How often will we meet? 
Participants who register for evening boot camp will meet Tuesday and Thursday for 60 minutes during the 3 week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Currently, the evening boot camp is offered at 6:15 pm only.

What does it cost? 
For Regency members, each three week boot camp has a registration fee of $99. That's six hours of instruction - which averages out to just $16.50 per hour. For non Regency members, each three week boot camp the registration fee is $120. This is a great chance to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the typical cost.

 

Common Questions

Do I need to be a member of Regency Sport & Health Club?
No, you do not have to join to participate in a camp. However, if you wish to partake in other Sport & Health activities you will need to join the club.

What can I expect to get out of it? 
You will make dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. Camp exercises include programs designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you will lose inches and gain strength - and you will look and feel better. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same goals for acquiring a more healthy mind and body.

What if I miss the class start date? 
Do not worry. You may still join the class. The registration fee will be prorated to cover the remaining classes.
